Week 2 results

i was nervous weighing in this morning. i have been so busy this week, the past 3 days i havent even tracked my points on paper, ive just been keeping a mental score of everything i put in my mouth. being at work, there really is only so much i can eat during the day, so its been easy that way, but when im up at 6am and i dont get home till almost 5pm, by th etime i walk in the door, im about ready to eat the kitchen bench! but ive done really well and ive been having a piece of fruit or a coffee (is getting rather cold!) and then waiting till i have my dinner.

last week i had a huge loss, so i wasnt expecting much of anything this week, but i was happy! i lost 1.2kgs! and considering its 'that time' for me right now, i think thats a pretty good effort!

this week my goal is to exercise 6 days out of the week, im only doing 6 because today it will take me a marathon of time to clean my whole house, so im counting that! i also want to start jogging on my treadmill. im pretty fit for someone who weights more that 120kgs! i can walk for an hour, at 6KM an hour, on an inclin of 2 - 3.. so i think im doing ok.

anyway thats all.. my week has been consumed by work so there isnt much to update on. my bunny girl is doing great, her and my puppy are good friends! Rhys is great too, tired though, he's in bed, he's doing night work at the moment the poor thing.

Hey Steph that is a fantastic effort darlin! Your doing really really well. I know how you feel about being flat out! Exercising 6 days a week is a great effort. Please tell me how you find time for it! LOL

aww thanks hunni, i really like my blog at the moment too! :o)

i have a hard time juggling everything too.. but i waste so much time during the day anyway, so i just set aside 2 lots of 30mins.. that way i get in my exercise in seperate parts an i can still get on with everything else i need to do!
