My weelkend is going to be so full on! Good Friday will be spent with my family, we are having a seafood feast! My mum and i have spent so much money on everything but i think its going to be really great. I am making baked prawn cutlets from a jamie oliver cook book, but i am making it a little more WW friendly lol and the sweet little easter cupcakes from this months WW magazine, only 3 points.. it will be the only dessert that i have this weekend so i wanted it to be something sweet and good but not too many points. im nervous enough as it is for the weigh in on Saturday morning.
Saturday is my brother in laws day out for his birthday and we're all going to watch him do an extreme driving session! should be fun. and then Easter Sunday im back at my parents house for a beautiful BBQ lunch for which im making honey & seasme chicken kebabs and a really nice greek salad. i cant wait it going to be just really nice.
and then monday is my bro' in laws actual birthday so we'll all be going out for lunch AGAIN! lol.. see what i mean. full on weekend.
ok before i head off to make my cupcakes! i just wanted to show you the gift that i bought for my little nephew. He is 14months old and just the most adorable little guy.. so i had to buy him something fun for Easter as last year he was too young to even know what was happening! His favourite thing of all is Bob the Builder, 'BOB' was actually the 4th word he ever spoke haha.. so this is what i got him...
a thomas the tank engine little couch.. it folds out into a little bed so that he can lay in the loungeroom without having to climb up to the actual lounge all the time. a bob the builder drink cup which is full of 'humpty dumpty' easter eggs.. so cute. a little red tulip easter bunny, a bob the builder beanie and my favourite thing.. bob the builder gumboots!! LOL i was so excited when i found those! :o)

Hope you're enjoying your Easter Steph...my son was given the extreme driving voucher for his b'day last year and he had the adrenaline pumping for days after. Totally loved it and is going back for more.
Your nephew will be so excited with your gifts...my grandy was Bob mad too so I made up patterns and knitted all of the characters for him. He loved them, insisting on taking each to school for show and tell...a lot of his classmates wanted some too so I spent 2 years filling orders til some killjoy mention copy write laws which scared the hell out of me and disappointed a lot of little fellas in the process. It wasn't as if I was selling them. Any how I can't knit anymore as I tore a ligament in my wrist which has curtailed all needle work.
